FEATURES

TH6 is a versatile water-based primer that can be applied directly onto fresh concrete after 24 hours, as well as fully cured concrete or old concrete surfaces.

The product can be used as a primer, a repair mortar with a thickness of over 1 cm, or as a fine skim coat/putty.
TH6 is also suitable for patching indoor asphalt concrete surfaces.

Main Applications:
Primer and film-forming agent for manufacturing floor and wall putty systems for warehouses, industrial plants, production workshops, garages, power stations, stadium roofing structures, etc.

COMPOSITION

The product consists of two liquid components, Component A and Component B. These two components must be mixed before use. After mixing, the product must be applied within the specified pot life; beyond this time, the coating will exhibit reduced adhesion.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface Preparation:

  • Fresh concrete: The surface must be sufficiently flat and free from air bubbles, laitance, slurry residue, or other surface defects.

  • Fully cured or old concrete: The concrete must have adequate strength (proper cement–sand ratio), must not be powdery or deteriorated, should be slightly rough, and free from dust, oil, grease, and any contaminants that may reduce adhesion.
    If necessary, mechanical surface preparation may be carried out using grinding machines, sandpaper, grinding stones, high-pressure water spraying, or specialized surface grinders prior to application.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.

Paint Waste Disposal:
Do not dispose of leftover paint into drains, sewers, or public areas.

Coverage:
Approximately 5 m²/kg/coat.
