SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
To ensure accurate, safe, and timely delivery of products to customers, Unichem - Viet Nam establishes and applies this Shipping & Delivery Policy as follows:
1. Purpose
- To clearly define the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved in the shipping and delivery process.
- To ensure products are delivered in accordance with agreed specifications, quantity, quality, and schedule.
2. Scope of Application
This policy applies to:
- All orders and contracts for products supplied by Unichem - Viet Nam
- Domestic deliveries within Vietnam or other locations as mutually agreed in writing
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on the agreement between the parties, Unichem - Viet Nam may apply one of the following shipping methods:
- Delivery arranged by Unichem - Viet Nam
- Delivery via third-party logistics or transportation providers
- Customer-arranged pickup at the company&;s warehouse or factory
4. Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines are specified in the relevant contract, purchase order, or confirmed quotation.
- Delivery time may be adjusted in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, traffic disruptions, government requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of delayed delivery, Unichem - Viet Nam will promptly notify the customer.
5. Delivery Location
- Delivery shall be made to the location agreed upon in the contract or order confirmation.
- Any change in delivery location must be notified and confirmed in writing prior to shipment.
6. Responsibilities for Delivery and Inspection
- Unichem - Viet Nam is responsible for packaging products appropriately in accordance with product characteristics and transportation conditions.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods, quantity, and accompanying documents at the time of receipt.
- Any claims related to shortages or damage during transportation must be reported immediately upon delivery or within the timeframe specified in the Complaint Handling Policy.
7. Transfer of Risk
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall be transferred in accordance with the delivery terms agreed in the contract or order.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk transfers to the customer at the time the goods are handed over to the carrier or upon customer&;s acknowledgment of receipt.
8. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs shall be applied in accordance with the quotation, contract, or order confirmation.
- Any additional costs not included in the original agreement must be approved by the customer prior to execution.
9. Force Majeure
Unichem - Viet Nam shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by force majeure events as defined under applicable laws.
10. Effectiveness
This Shipping & Delivery Policy takes effect from the date of publication on the official website of Unichem - Viet Nam and may be amended or updated without prior notice.
