RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To ensure customer rights and demonstrate our commitment to product quality and service standards, Unichem - Viet Nam establishes and applies this Return & Refund Policy as follows:

1. Purpose
  • To protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers purchasing products from Unichem - Viet Nam.
  • To provide a clear, transparent, and fair return and refund process in accordance with agreed terms and applicable laws.
2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all products supplied directly by Unichem - Viet Nam, including:

  • Domestically manufactured products
  • Products supplied under confirmed quotations, purchase orders, or contracts
3. Conditions for Return

Unichem - Viet Nam accepts product returns in the following cases:

  • Products with technical defects caused by the manufacturing process
  • Products delivered incorrectly in terms of type, specifications, or color compared to the confirmed order
  • Products damaged during transportation due to the fault of the seller or a carrier designated by the seller

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Original packaging and labeling remain intact (except for technical defects)
  • Valid invoices and relevant documents are provided
  • Products have not been used or used only to the extent necessary for inspection and defect verification
4. Return Request Timeframe
  • Return requests must be submitted within 07 working days from the date the customer receives the products.
  • Requests submitted after this period may be rejected at the discretion of Unichem - Viet Nam.
5. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns and refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Products used, stored, or handled improperly contrary to technical instructions
  • Products altered, mixed, or contaminated after delivery
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Natural loss or tolerance within acceptable industry standards
6. Refund Policy

Unichem - Viet Nam will process refunds in the following cases:

  • Replacement products cannot be provided
  • A written agreement on refund has been reached between both parties

Refund method and timeline:

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer
  • Refund processing time: 05 – 10 working days from the date of refund agreement

Refund amount:

  • Refund value corresponds to the value of the defective or non-conforming products
  • Additional costs not expressly agreed upon in writing are excluded from the refund
7. Return & Refund Procedure
  1. The customer submits a return/refund request via email or hotline
  2. Unichem - Viet Nam reviews and verifies the request
  3. Both parties agree on the resolution method
  4. Product replacement or refund is executed accordingly
8. Handling Principles
  • Product replacement is prioritized over refunds whenever feasible
  • All cases are handled in good faith, cooperation, and compliance with contractual terms
  • Transparency and compliance with applicable laws are ensured throughout the process
9. Effectiveness

This Return & Refund Policy takes effect from the date of publication on the official website of Unichem - Viet Nam and may be amended or updated without prior notice.
