WOOD-GRAIN EFFECT PAINT

Wood-grain effect paint is a single-component, water-based silicone paint with a special structure. When combined with wood-grain tools or hand-painting techniques, it forms a coating film that closely resembles natural wood grain, offering a wide variety of grain patterns.

Main Applications:
Decorative topcoat for walls, concrete panels, and wood-substitute materials such as Smartwood, Conwood, and Durawood.

BASIC COMPOSITION

  • Film-forming agent (Binder): 70% (vol.)
  • Additives: 15% (vol.)
  • Water: 15% (vol.)

WOOD-GRAIN PAINTING PROCESS
  1. Thoroughly clean the surface; apply putty or smooth the surface if required.
  2. Apply 2 coats of alkali-resistant primer or a light yellow base coat.
  3. Use wood-grain effect paint to create the desired wood-grain patterns.
  4. Apply 1–2 finishing coats of wood-grain effect paint to complete the system.

STORAGE

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place with cover.
Keep paint containers upright in a safe position and tightly sealed.


HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION

Processes such as sanding or burning off paint films may generate dust and fumes that cause environmental pollution; painters are advised to use wet sanding whenever possible. Apply in well-ventilated areas. Remove excess paint from brushes, rollers, and containers before washing to prevent paint discharge into the environment. Keep away from food, drinking water, and animal feed. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and clean water. Do not discharge paint into drains, water sources, or soil. In the event of a spill, collect using sand or suitable tools and dispose of the waste in accordance with environmental protection regulations.
