FEATURES
TH9 Plus is designed as a primer for various types of roof tiles, including cement tiles and fired clay tiles. It provides excellent adhesion, long-lasting color durability of over 10 years, and is available in a wide range of colors.
As a water-based, single-component coating, TH9 Plus is easy to apply, safe for human health, and environmentally friendly.
COMPOSITION
Special ultra-durable acrylic resin, fillers, inorganic pigments, water, and additives.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface Preparation:
Concrete surfaces must be dry, load-bearing, slightly rough, free from dust, oil, grease, and any contaminants that may reduce paint adhesion.
Spray equipment must be thoroughly cleaned before and after use.
Stir well before spraying. Clean water may be added if necessary, up to a maximum of 10%.
Application:
Apply one even coat using a spray gun, then oven-dry at approximately 80°C (the substrate surface temperature should reach 70–79°C). Dry for 3–5 minutes before applying the next coat.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use.
Paint Waste Disposal:
Do not discharge leftover paint into drains, sewers, or public areas.
Coverage:
Approximately 5 m²/kg/coat.
